The 8-Second Test is a free tool offered in the hope that it's useful. It comes with no warranties of any kind. It may be changed, rate-limited, or taken down at any time.

The verdict is AI-generated opinion

Verdicts are produced by AI language models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or oddly confident, just like people. Nothing here is career, legal, financial, or investment advice. Decisions you make based on a verdict are yours.

What you upload

Only upload your own LinkedIn export, or a competitor profile that is publicly available on LinkedIn.
Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, malicious, or containing other people's private data.
You keep all rights to your content. Using the tool grants me only the temporary processing needed to generate your verdict, as described in the privacy policy.

Fair use

The tool runs on paid AI infrastructure. Automated access, scraping, bulk submissions, or anything designed to drain it is not permitted, and rate limits enforce this. If you want programmatic access for something legitimate, just ask.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its tools. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid to use them, which for the free tools is zero.
