The LinkedIn 8-Second Test · free
You've read your profile a hundred times.
They read it once, for eight seconds.
Eight seconds. That's roughly how long a stranger spends on your profile before deciding about you. Investors, buyers, recruiters, they all do it before replying, and you never get to watch. This test shows you the verdict they walk away with. In their voice, quoting your actual profile.
Takes you about two minutes. Takes them eight seconds. That's the whole problem.

And how do you want the verdict?
Same read either way. This only sets how it's said to your face.
Now: your profile, exactly as LinkedIn exports it.
This is the one thing I actually need. Everything after this is optional extra credit. It's read right here in your browser, then only the text goes out for the verdict.

Wait, what PDF? (30-second detour)
1. Open your own LinkedIn profile.
2. Under your headline, click Resources (on some screens it hides under More).
3. Hit Save to PDF. LinkedIn generates the file and downloads it. Takes about ten seconds.
That downloaded file is exactly what I want. Not a screenshot, not your résumé. The LinkedIn export.
Two things they judge before reading a single word.
Your photo and your banner. Upload them and the vision model takes a look. Or skip the uploads and just tell me what's up there. Honor system.

No problem. What's behind your photo right now?
What's pinned in your Featured section?
It's the first thing after your About that people actually click, and it doesn't survive the PDF export. So I have to ask.
How often do you actually post?
Be honest. I can't check from here, but they can, and an empty activity feed says things too.

Grab their profile the same way: open it, Resources → Save to PDF, drop it here. I'll run the side-by-side. Who gets the reply, and why.
